This was our first time fishing. Parker was very fascinated by the whole process. He wanted so badly to be able to cast the line on his own. If he had to wait at all for someone to come over to cast the line for him, then he would get this look on his face like, "I can do that". At one point, Grandma felt something (the hook) breeze through her hair. ;) We made sure to go right over whenever Parker needed his line cast. Riley loved that she had a new Lightning McQueen fishing pole to fish with. Parker caught 2 fish, and Riley and Grandma each caught 1. We kept the fish in a bucket of water so the kids could look at them before putting them back in the pond.
