We arrived in Nebraska around 4:30 Thursday afternoon. We spent that night and all of Friday unloading the truck and getting settled in. Early Saturday morning, we took off for a long weekend in Kansas City, MO to visit my brother, Steffan and his family. Grandma and Grandpa Williams had sent matching 4th of July outfits for the 3 boys, and a cute 4th of July outfit for Riley. Our first adventure was to the YMCA to go swimming. They had a really fun outside area for the kids to play in complete with slides and spraying water. That night, we drove to Independence, MO for a fireworks show. We were able to walk around the visitors center for a little bit before the show. Parker and Riley were both very entertained by the fireworks. Greyson hid his head in Steffan's shoulder the entire time, but at the end said that he had liked the fireworks.
