What a great trip! Exactly what we needed! Our good friends, Sarah and Ariel, had access to their family's cabin in Hanna, Ut and we were lucky enough to get to come with them.
So, we had had the trip planned for a few weeks or so, and a couple of days prior, we discovered the clutch in our car would need to be replaced.  We had Cassidy's Dad take it for a drive and confirm that it was indeed the clutch.  It didn't seem to be too pressing of an issue, and we just thought we'll go up to the cabin and then get it taken care of when we return.  Hanna is about a 2 hr drive, and we probably would have been okay except for the fact that it is through the canyon and up and down for most of the way.  Towards the end of the drive, we were getting a little nervous, but thought we would still be okay, until we reached a 2 mile descent.  It was nice for us at the time, but about half way through Cassidy said, "We're not going to be able to get out of here."  So, there we were, having not even reached our destination yet, and already knowing that we would be stuck here.  Fortunately, our friends, Bryson and Mickelle, were coming up the following night and have a truck big enough to pull a trailer.  They rented a trailer for us, towed their car to the cabin, left their car at the cabin for us to drive back, and towed our car into Salt Lake to a repair shop.  How amazing is that?! We are so incredibly lucky that everything worked out so well and that we have awesome friends!! So, with that situation under control, we were able to enjoy our time in Hanna.  We roasted marshmallows and starbursts every night, made tinfoil dinners one night, threw countless rocks into the river, painted large rocks, celebrated Cassidy's 29th birthday, played games, watched movies, and took a couple of walks to the local general store.  Cassidy and Ariel still continued to study every day, but it was nice being able to see Cassidy for lunch and to have the whole evenings together without having to be anywhere else or having any other distractions.
