The Articles of Faith was a big focus in Primary this year. Our primary had an Articles of Faith card for each child and every time they were able to pass off one, they would get to mark it off on their card. When all 13 were passed off, they would get a treat. Every Sunday as the kids were filing into sharing time, the Articles of Faith would be playing. Cassidy and I decided to make that the focus of our Family Home evenings each week. We wanted the kids to not only have the words memorized and be able to recite them, but also to understand what they were saying and why. I couldn't believe how weekly they memorized them! Parker was able to have all of them done by the time of our move and he received cold stone candy bars as his reward. Since Riley left a few weeks before Parker, she wasn't quite able to finish, but came pretty darn close! I am so proud of them and all their hard work. We enjoyed being in this ward and will truly miss it!
