Saturday morning, we went to the Orem City egg hunt. It was packed! I was excited because there was an age division just for Parker's age.(0-3) After picking up his first egg however, Parker lost interest in gathering more eggs. Who needs anything more when you're already holding in your hand a wonderful plastic multicolored orange and yellow egg that you can call all your own?? So, yes he only walked away with one egg, but he certainly loved that one egg, as you can see him holding in both pictures.
Both due to the fact that Parker didn't really get the true egg hunt experience, but mostly, I think because Grandma, Aunt Jamie and Uncle Jeff weren't there to see it, we decided to hold another egg hunt just for Parker in Jamie and Jeff's backyard. Parker loved it! We had to help him with some eggs, but he was able to get many on his own. Towards the end, his basket was so full that eggs were falling out of the top without him noticing. We grabbed them and hid them again so he would have more to find! (We did have yet another egg hunt at Aunt Tiffany and Uncle Ryan's house with all of the cousins, but sadly I didn't take any pictures of that one. Parker was an expert at finding eggs at that point!)
