Digging for Dinosaur remains
Needless to say, I did not like this area!
Inside the mine
Last night, for our FHE activity, we went up to the University of Utah campus to go to the museum of natural history. It was a really neat place with lots of hands-on activities for the kids. In the Dinosaur area, there was a place where they could sit and dig. In the Bugs Alive area, there were bug hand puppets and a little theater where they could put on a puppet show. There was also a mine that they could walk into, and science demonstrations every half hour or so. Parker loved it! We completed the evening by reading the first Presidency message, walking around IKEA, and eating at Mimi's Cafe.
