The Lion King

The Lion King came to Omaha.  We were so excited! Cassidy had never seen it before, and although I had seen it on Broadway before, it had been at least 10 years ago.  (Just being able to write a statement like that makes me feel really old! :))  We thought Parker would be old enough to appreciate and enjoy it, so we decided to make it his special date night with Mom and Dad.  We drove up a little early and ate dinner at Chick-fil-A before heading to the show.  It was amazing! I think Parker really liked it.  It didn't start until 8, so he had to fight towards the end to stay awake (truth be told, so did I).  I'm so glad we got to share this with him!
