We went to Lowe's for their Build & Grow workshop for kids.  I was so impressed! The workshop was free, and the kids each received an apron and name tag, a package with their project for that day, and a badge and certificate upon completion of the project.  The project for that day was a Kung Fu Panda stacking toy.  It was basically all hammering, which did make me a little nervous, but the kids were pretty careful for the most part.  It was so cute watching them work.  When we were ready to leave, we were handed the project from the previous week because they had some left over, so we were able to work some more later on that day.  We will definitely be going back.
