We celebrated Uncle Roland's birthday a day early (2/23) by going to the Texas Roadhouse in Lehi. Parker kept trying to eat the cinnamon butter straight out of the container, and couldn't quite understand why it needed to go on the bread first. Since Uncle Roland refused to sit on the special birthday chair, Parker volunteered to do it for him. What a sweet guy! :) We had a great time, and as always, the food was so good!
